By downloading, installing, or using PrayNow, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PrayNow mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
PrayNow is an Islamic prayer companion application that provides:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Important: Prayer times provided by PrayNow are calculated using mathematical algorithms and are intended as a helpful reference. They may vary from times announced by local mosques or religious authorities. PrayNow does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of prayer times, and you should verify them with your local Islamic authority when precision is critical.
The Qibla compass feature relies on your device's magnetometer and GPS. Results may be affected by magnetic interference, device calibration, or environmental factors. The direction shown is an approximation and should not be relied upon as the sole method of determining Qibla.

All content, designs, graphics, icons, and software in the App are the property of PrayNow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our written permission.
The App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync Qadha data across your devices via your personal iCloud account. We do not control Apple's iCloud service and are not responsible for any data loss, sync issues, or outages related to iCloud. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms.
The App may interact with third-party services including Apple Push Notification Service and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrayNow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed prayer times, incorrect Qibla direction, data loss, or reliance on any information provided by the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect from and handle your information.
